I can't imagine being treated any better than the way I

I can't imagine being treated any better than the way I have been treated. I am always made to feel special with fast, professional service at more than fair prices. I am on my sixth Cadillac and wouldn't think of another brand. What could be better than an Escalade!!!

I am happy with the purchase.

I am happy with the purchase. I had 3 issues which are in the process of being addressed. The moon roof shade, the rear view mirror camera, and no key for the locking wheel lug nuts. The employees I have dealt with at AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach were all courteous and very professional. Jim Kaplan made the purchasing process easy and stress free. Bill was very helpful in helping me connect with Jackson in the service department. Jackson ordered the moon roof shade replacement and explained and answered all my questions. I would recommend AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach to my friends.

Everyone was so nice & accomodating.

Everyone was so nice & accomodating. The waiting room is beautiful & comfortable with coffee, water & snacks. Wilson was fantastic & took good care of my car & service. Very good value as compared to other places. Very happy with the experience.

My XT5 broke down with 22,000.

My XT5 broke down with 22,000. I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they have checked it in and could not tell me what was wrong with it yet and they had no loaner vehicles. They called the next day at 12 and said they found out what was wrong with the car and would send me a driver to take me to Enterprise for a rental as they still had no loaner cars. However, could not guarantee what kind of car was available for rental.

unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car I original

unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car I original ordered. They sold us a lemon, had NO word on the condition of the car for a month. Suckered us into buying another color until our new order came in. We'll have to spend more money when it does finally come in.

now that there is a strike in the Auto industry, we'll never receive the new vehicle (at lease, not soon) and keep the miles down on the one we had to purchase in order to receive an even trade!! I would just like a refund!!

Every visit requires a lot of waiting.

Every visit requires a lot of waiting. The agents appear to be very busy on the phones while customers arrive at their service appt. times. The woman that makes appointments over the phone isn’t aware that there is extra wait time for service of EV autos since there is only one qualified repairman.Very surprising to pick up our 3 wk old Lyriq very dirty from sitting out side after they had it for a week. A disappointing experience!

I called the number the morning it was sent. The number goes through all the departments and finally was able to leave a message with my number for the GM. It’s been 3 days and no one has called. Please don’t send bulk emails stating you’d “ like the opportunity to make this up to you” , when you can’t even make a return phone call. Terrible customer service!!!!!!
