Warranty
Warranty claim performed by the service department was above and beyond expectations. Service was done much faster than expected. Vehicle was detailed for us as well. A big thanks to Brad and the management team at Autonation Cadillac West Palm Beach.

AutoNation Cadillac Service Department
I was traveling from out of state to West Palm Beach when my Cadillac started acting up. There wasn't an appointment available at the AutoNation Cadillac Service Department, but Beverly said if I stopped by they could fit me in. I was helped by Wilson when I arrived, and machanic Miguel explained (and showed me) what was going on with my car. Tony drove me locally since my car needed to stay. After the necessary parts arrived, the work was completed and I was able to carry on with my road trip. Thanks to all who helped me, you really know how to get the job done.

Auto Nation Cadillac review
My visit to the West Palm Beach Auto Nation Cadillac dealership was great. The staff members were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle was completed when expected to be and came out nice and clean. I wouldn't recommend any other Cadillac dealership other than this one.
