This is an honest and unbiased review that I didn't have

This is an honest and unbiased review that I didn't have to post. A definite five star review for this dealership and for the fine talents that they have at this location. Mike Jolly made us feel so comfortable and didn't hesitate to explain all of the features of our new vehicle and not only explain them, but demonstrate them. He was also a scholar showing us some of the hidden features which you probably would never discover until miles and miles down the road. His customer service was impeccable and his demeanor was extremely professional and extremely warm and welcoming. He treated my wife with the utmost respect and answered every question we had with extreme patience. Our outstanding experience was follow up with Customer Financial Service Director, Hoss Moghtadaie. He made us feel comfortable, healthy with a battery information. He transitioned our questions with confident answers. He tailored our needs to meet our budget and in the end, delivered us a safe protective package. All of these unexpected niceties made our experience one that will be memorable and one that will make us come back. I hope those that are reading this review will give you the confidence that this is a dynamic duo that clearly redefines customer service in this digital and robotic age.

I have always been treated well. My salesman was very nice and my Service manager was excellent. Steve Janer has always been very courteous and had given me wonderful service.

I’ve been going to Autonation Cadilac for the last 10 years. Dealing with Steve Jenner always a pleasure. He is a good good guy. I visit this time wasted diagnose the problem then take them very long to do that then I was out the door so thank you very much.

Poor customer service and no consideration for the

Poor customer service and no consideration for the customers’ time best demonstrating by ridiculous long waits each and every time I had any purchases/leases, turn-ins and buyouts. Hours of unnecessary delays waiting for attention especially with finance people.
