Long time Cadillac owner.

Long time Cadillac owner. Purchased multiple cars from this dealership. Brought in my xt4 for oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. Plus car wasn’t even washed or vacuumed. The service adviser did pay for the oil change so that was a plus and only reason I still recommend this dealership. Will request a rental next time otherwise I’ll go to competitor dealership which is closer to me in distance

Service is competent, timely, and efficient. The service writers are knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area is adequate and have coffee available. A few cookies would not hurt.
