PHENOMENAL!

PHENOMENAL! Our sales associate, Zachary, without a doubt, was THE most courteous, intelligent, forthright, HONEST, caring, knowledgeable, and sincere automobile sales associate that myself and my wife have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the 50+ years we have been in the market for cars! By far, he made our car buying experience enjoyable AND easy! Drive and give the attendant the keys to a dirty car. Two hours later, you drive away in a clean car with tires rotated and fresh oil.

Just another dealership using Covid and the economy to

Just another dealership using Covid and the economy to rip you off. They don’t accept standard Cadillac offers and incentives. They make up their own exceptions that Cadillac doesn’t have.

DISORGANIZATION!

After six hours of observing excellent examples of organizational inefficiency, we're not likely to visit AutoNation for any reason! Our salesman was good, but hamstrung by the bureaucracy.
