Service is getting slower

2hrs&20min for an oil change & tire rotation .y appointment was at noon i was there at 11:45 ....car was returned @ 2:20 pm and I did not have them wash it....& after I got home I realized the service advisor did not give me my paperwork.

Great sales, horrible service department!

I do recommend the sales department, that being said, I definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from the manager, Robert about the issues I am still having with my car. I am having trouble with the Brembo brakes and a smell coming from the air conditioner, which he is aware of. A part was supposed to be ordered for the air conditioner which hasn’t happened and apparently Brembo brakes are supposed to sound like a fog horn because they are high performance brakes (this is what I was told by Jackson, my service advisor). This is my third Cadillac from AutoNation and I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I have received. A call back doesn’t take much and to listen to your customers is what service is all about.

John, Mark, and Rob did an excellent job taking care of

John, Mark, and Rob did an excellent job taking care of my 3 open recall checks and power steering as well as an oil change on my Escalade. Everything was timely, they kept me posted and did the maintenance in a very professional way. Perfect.
