The service rendered to me on my Cadillac was excellent. There was no pressure to do any work beyond the work recommended for the car as to mileage and year of car. The service provider was courteous. I am satisfied with the relationship.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any Autonation dealership! The last 4 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 4 years have been purchased or leased at an Autonation dealer! From the General Manager, to the finance manager, to the service department responsible for the promise aesthetic fixes absolutely terrible! 1 week after purchase come to pick up my car only to find a new scratch! 2x $80 Uber rides to drop off the vehicle and no rental cars for service perhaps hold a couple from being sold. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone! This place needs its management gutted from the top down or shut it down before it destroys any positive creditability Autonation has remaining!

Poor experience

I bought my vehicle from Autonation with warranty. Every time I go for service they claim there is something else wrong that isn?t covered. I?ve had an air filter light on since one week after I purchased the truck. Autonation says they can?t fix it and it?s not factory installed but I purchased the truck from them.

Mr. Jackson is my service guy Hes very knowledgeable about my XT5 and takes time and patients to explain to me about how they will fix any problems. west palm beach 45th street Cadillac is #1 all around. the best experience i ever had with a car dealership! the whole staff from top to bottom is extremely professional and customer service friendly.
