I have been at this dealership since I bought the car

I have been at this dealership since I bought the car there 2017. Never has there been a problem with service and I appreciate my regular sales person. I was late on service upkeep, during covid drove very little. Finally, I brought the car in for service. I was there 3 hours with a big bill which I expected. My daughter noticed the fab needed a battery replacement, which I did there on the same day. Last week I went to Publix and the car would not start, needed someone to help me get the car key out of the container! For me this was a huge problem situation as I could not get the fob to open. I had to stop a stranger in Publix lot to help me get the fob open. The same day I ordered 4 new tires and they ride TERRIBLLE.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach May 12, 2022 pbbnem I have been at this dealership since I bought the car there 2017. It’s always pleasant.

It’s always pleasant. The wait is longer than expected. My pet peeve: why are my dashboard settings always changed? You should return the. Settings to my positions.

I came into the dealership with no appointment because I had something in my tire and I wanted to get it checked out. They took me right in without question. I was hoping I didn’t need to buy a new tire, I was expecting to just because it would be easy for the dealership to say I needed a new one and I would have believed it without question. Turns out, I didn’t need a new tire and it was able to be patched quickly. That you for being honest.
