Funeral Director

The service department is efficient, clean, professional and friendly. Jay Rutenberg is the best service advisor in the country, which is why I continue to purchase my Cadillac automobiles from Auto Nation. A great automobile is only as good as great service, and that is what I have expected and what I have received these last 32 years.

AUTONATION IS A GREAT PLACE!!

We had a wonderful experience with the whole "looking" and "buying" experience. Adam and Dave were not pushy to buy the SRX we were looking at. Adam took his time to introduce us to the features, talked to us in a very pleasant manner. Dave was easy going and really worked with us once we decided to buy our 2016 SRX. Adam even followed us home since we just intended to "look" and did not bring a checkbook with us. Adam also helped set up the garage door opener and answered all questions we had. Thanks Adam!! We have dealt with another Cadillac dealer and was totally dissatisfied with them. Oil changes was a big problem with them, the service people were nasty and arrogant. Here at AutoNation we were introduced to our Service Adviser and he was just as pleasant as Adam and Dave. We were treated like royalty through the whole time we were there. Thank you!! Dr. & Mrs. Florenco!!

suv purchase

i contacted autonation of west palm beach on the intent of purchasing an escalade.the salesman who responded promptly was eric.he searched his inventory and found an suv that i was looking for.from that point on until the complete paper works got signed,eric went beyond the call of duties.he picked me and my husband in his car late at night and drove us almost 35 miles to the dealership.he spent the whole night explaining the car and taking care of odds and ends.finally we were able to drive away around midnight.,mind you the dealership was kept open until the deal concluded. great people great dealership.recommend without hesitation

new car purchase

Once again they did it again. I'm so please with my XTS premium luxary caddy ride. They are awesome at Auto Nation. Ask for Jay freat salesman. Finance can't remember his name great guy work miracles with number. His office is up front young but knows his stuff. Thanks to All Again. 3rd caddy love'em

Great car buying experience!!!!

Great customer experience - very, very professional. The whole purchasing experience was the best I have had when buying a vehicle. Believe it or not the entire process from price negotiation to completing all of the paper work took less than one hour - less time than a business lunch!!!

Cordial and informative salesmen.

A few months ago I spoke to Benny Martinez and then Eric Griffiths about leasing an SRX at your dealership. They were extremely pleasant and informative on the phone with me. You had a promotion event just last week so I decided to visit your dealership. Met with them and they were not pushy and phony but rather sincere and helpful. After a few test rides in the SRX and then the CTS my choice was the CTS. We came to a mutually fair price on the lease and now I am driving the car almost a week and love it. I will be back for pinstriping soon and will meet Linda and Jim who on the phone sounded helpful and considerate. So far everything is great and my dream car is in my driveway and I am looking forward to a long relationship with your dealership and your brand.
