Buying a car has never been easier, I told them what I was looking for and they made it happen! The process was quick, efficient and seamless. Rick and Adam both were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this dealership. I will definitely be back again for the next one.

Lease

Took 4 hours to complete a simple buyout. Got it all the paperwork incorrect. Had us wait 4 hours in the corner of the showroom and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Tried to even tack on 150 fee. Just a rotten experience from start to finish and from everyone we met there. Still haven't gotten my title because they forget to scan my license and I had to email it to them.

Car service repair review

My car was in over the holidays. The service man gave me a quote and told me that he would call when the car was done. After a week with no call, I called to check on the status of my car. I was told the word was completed and the cost was over twice the original quote. The service man was not in so I would have to wait over the holiday weekend to find out why the discrepancy. I was told he would call me first thing Tuesday morning. When I didn?t hear from him I called. They said he was with a client and would call me back. Never heard from him all day. When I called Wednesday I was told he was away sick. I got another service man, Mark, who was fantastic and got everything straightened away. He even gave me a free oil change for all the hassle and delay.

Avoid this service department like the plague.

Avoid this service department like the plague. I bought a new Cadiallac Escalade last year, The first oil change took 4 hours. Ok maybe just busy, but no they always have ridiculously long waits for everything. Took car in for Tire rotation and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts of one of the tires. Got a notification from my Cadillac app that I need my next service and oil change so I schedule though the app. I get a call from a nice lady who gets me an earlier service. I show up and get attitude and scorn from the guy checking in the cars. Why? Becasue I scheduled my appointment "online" and there is no listed service advisor. Despoite the fact the qoman who scheduled my appointmnet said I had one, and you know what? I couldn't care less who my service advisor is just service my car. Everytime I went I got terrible service tons of attitude like they were doing me a favor of fixing my car. Will never go back as I have too much self respect to let people treat me poorly just so I can pay them for terrible service.

If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a car from this dealer to have shipped and traded it in April of 2023. I unfortunately made the mistake of adding a warranty onto the car and since April 2023 I have been trying to get ahold of this dealer to get the documents faxed for my refund. Every time I call I end up in an endless loop with no one ever answering. The one time I did get ahold of someone that seemed promising in October of 2023, they decided not to respond or send in my cancellation paperwork. So here I am again, after making multiple calls and not getting responses. I will not do business with this dealer again because the aftermath is a hassle.
