Although there was a slight problem with a wiper blade it

Although there was a slight problem with a wiper blade it was corrected promptly with a minimum amount of effort on my part and no cost. Very happy.

Everyone did good with one disappointing issue: car prep.

Everyone did good with one disappointing issue: car prep. It was delivered after an employee drove it 200+ miles from Daytona Beach to Ft Myers. He/she should have notified service that the vehicle pulled to the right. Within 24 hours of receipt, I was back for an alignment. Also, the dashboard went black two times within two weeks of receipt. had to drive it back 30 minutes with no dashboard (all black) to get two software updates on the computer dash and one on the audio system. All this should have been done before delivery while the vehicle sat on their lot for almost a week. Otherwise, am happy with the XT4.
