Great Dealership

I searched several websites for 6 months looking for a particular used car. This dealership had the best price and made my shopping experience painless. Shaun, I want you to know what a great salesman you have in John Gallman. He did such a great job; I came all the way from Texas to purchase the used 2013 Ford Flex you had for sale. I could not have asked for a more dedicated person handling my inquiries and purchase. Don?t let him get away!

Quality and Professionalism

We were very pleased with every aspect of this dealership. We have had excellent service from our Honda dealer in the past and were pleased to see that the Acura division has upped the level of quality. First class sales person and dealership

We purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience at Scanlon. Jill Maree, our salesperson, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions and needs. We very much appreciated her attention to detail and her honesty. She encouraged us to call her at any time with questions, and described herself as "our salesperson for life." This is our third Acura purchase, but our first in South Florida. The fair pricing and excellent customer service fulfilled our expectations buying Acuras. Jarrod Bishop reviewed the extended warranties and protection packages in a smart and low-key way. We are highly satisfied with the entire process, from our first look at vehicles to closing on the deal.

Exceptional dealer / salesperson buying experience

This is our third Acura purchase but the first in Florida. The entire experience was efficient, honest, and absent of stress. Our salesperson, Jill Marree, could not have been more upfront, professional and accommodating. She answered our questions and was there for us as needed without pressuring us in any way. We had pricing guides and an expectation for a fair price. Scanlon fulfilled our expectations without any haggling. Jarrod Bishop, who informed us about extended warranties and protection packages, had an educational and low-key approach, which we very much appreciated. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend the dealership and the personnel that we dealt with.

Stand up Dealer

I would like to tell you about our experience with the purchase of our Used BMW 325ci at Scanlon. After working out the price with Dan our salesmen I asked if he could do anything about the wheels that where a little pitted, he said he would see what he could do for me. On Monday when we when to pick up the car, Dan said he can in early to make sure the wheels got done. He told us he didn't like the way they came out and needed a hour as he had them repainted. When we picked up the car the wheel rims looked new. We thanked him and proudly drove our car home. Later that day as we where driving a SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on. I called Dan and he told us bring the car in 1st thing in the morning and they would take of it. The next day I went in and they got the light off and sent me on my way. With a explanation that it just needed to be reset. I left the dealership and a few hour later the light came on again. Again I called Dan and he said to bring the car right over, after about 20 minutes Dusty the service Manager came and said that they needed to keep the car and that they where going to give me a loaner to drive home. The next day I got a call from service and the they informed me that the car required $850.00 in service and that they would cover 50% and that I was responsible for the other half. I asked to speak with Dan our sales rep and he spoke to the used car manage and told me not to worry that they would cover the whole repair. All I can say is this is a great CO. and that they stood up and did the right thing by us. I would recommend the Dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car. We had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership I received a prompt reply to my internet question and that was followed by a careful, straightforward presentation of the vehicle and a detailed road test by Dan Clifford. The negotiation on price was uncomplicated and honest. There were no endless pitches for extra warranties or accessories. Jarrod Bishop, in the business office, handled the paperwork promptly and pleasantly. Dan Clifford made an extra effort to carefully explain the various systems in the car on two occasions ensuring that my wife was informed and comfortable. A special commendation to Dan Clifford and to Joe Ferrigno, the manager. They made this purchase pleasant, uncomplicated and noteworthy. Thank you Dan

Pain Free experiance

Alex was very low pressure taking the drama out of the experience. We drove the car then drove different models at other dealers and decided on the TSX. Alex and I were able to get most of the deal done over the phone making the visit quick and pain free. we noticed a chip in the wind shield and the next day they took care of it with NO hassle. Great service. Would absolutely work with Alex again.
