We just had an excellent purchasing experience at Scanlon Lexus. Even though we bought a high demand vehicle, there were no market adjustments or high priced dealer add-ons to negotiate on the offer sheet. They also matched the local Car Max offer for our trade in. Our salesman, McCartney Forte, was extremely professional spent a generous amount of time orienting us to our new vehicle after the deal was completed. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Lexus.

I bought a used Lincoln Corsair that was still under factory warranty. I was sold a 5 year extended warranty that would warrant repairs through Nov 2029.What I got back in the mail was a warranty that started in 2020 when it was first sold and that would expire in Nov 2025, only one additional year beyond the factory warranty. When Scanlon informed me there was nothing they could do I canceled the warranty. I am now being told it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get my money back. A pitiful way to treat a customer.

Caroline was great and we really enjoyed working with her. She really went above and beyond to make sure the purchasing process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. She picked us up at the airport after a long flight and made sure we were comfortable. When we arrived at the dealership she already had all of the paperwork and the car pretty much ready to go and it didn't take long at all for us to be on our way home. She answered all of our questions, demonstrated all of the features of the car and even helped me pick up some additional accessories. She was very friendly and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. It was a pleasure working with Caroline and I would highly recommend her.

Out of town purchase. Never had a better experience than working with Caroline! Started with a friendly FaceTime to see the CPO LX and she took her time to describe the cars condition. I flew in from Charleston SC and Caroline even picked me up from the airport. Car was immaculate and as described! Susann Nogales was great in Finance. Paid cash but reccomended only add on’s she thought necessary which I agreed. What a wonderful dealership!

My experience was awful. The sales person did not demonstrate anything on the car to me and then tried to sneak in a higher interest rate 5 days after signing the papers.
