It was an absolute pleasure to buy a car from Scanlon Lexus. Thank you so much, Wagner Brenes and Frank Celozi. The car was presented in tip top shape, clean and filled with gas, plus a BIG RED BOW on top. Such an exciting experience.

Lease Buyout

My lease was up on my NX and I wanted to buy it out. Unlike the Lexus Dealer in Naples Scanlon did not charge me an $899 buy out fee or a $565 to do an inspection. They were up front and made the buy out as easy as could be. Scanlons Susann and Mike (GM) were great and bent over backwards. Bottom line if your in the market for a Lexus in SW Florida this is the only place to go!

Hi Robbie! Thank you for sharing the word we are not taking charging for lease buy outs. We hope when the need arises you will let us help you down the road.

Inefficient service department!

Made a 10:30 appt for oil change well in advance. When arrived waited 15 min for service advisor to meet me, only to be told wait time (with my appt) was 1-1/2 hrs. Ridiculous. I’ll be taking my two Lexus vehicles elsewhere for service.

Hi Curt, this is our peak season so things can get busy. Imagine if during your oil change, we found something wrong with your car that was a safety issue. We would do a consult with you to make sure you knew what was needed to keep you safe on the road. Those consultations can take extra time and we make sure to do them because our client's safety is paramount. During an oil change we also do the multi-point inspection. We do a test drive after to look for leaks and then your vehicle is washed. We perform a basic vacuum and then hand dry your vehicle in the shade. That type of quality takes at least an hour to do a great job for our guests.

This was our first experience with Scanlon Lexus.

This was our first experience with Scanlon Lexus. Caroline met us when we came in the dealership and from the point we met her to signing the paperwork for our new car, service was excellent. Caroline could not have been nicer and answered all our questions. When she didn't know the answer, she immediately found someone to help us. At other dealerships, I've often felt like they were trying to sell us what they wanted. At Scanlon, they heard us and met our needs of what we were looking for. There was no attempt to get us into something we didn't want that was more expensive. I would highly recommend using Scanlon and Caroline if you're looking for a new Lexus.
