Good experience but was a little shocked for the $9 per windshield wiper install charge ($18) and $6 disposal on top of the new wiper purchase. One would think that when buying a certified used car that they would have installed new windshield wiper blades as a standard. I've only owned the car for 3 months. I will be purchasing & replacing wipers myself in the future.

Lexus ES 350

Purchasing an expensive car out-of-state and sight unseen can be nerve-racking. Working with Berry Dye, however, made the process smooth and enjoyable. The car was just as Berry described and arrived cleaned and detailed. We could not have asked for a better experience.
