Parts Department

I’m from Florida and for some reason a piece fell off the bottom of my left side mirror so I stopped at Darrell Waltrip Subaru to get the part. The parts department person got me the part and installed it for me. I was on my way in under 15 minutes. Thank you for the great and speedy service!

Appointment was not needed

Great service, friendly staff. I went in to have my Subie serviced on a Saturday without an appointment and they took my car in … no problem. And it was done quickly! These guys are great!

Fantastic Service!!

This has to be the best dealership in the area. Will and his team have always taken great car of me, my family and our Subarus. No matter which service associate I work with, each time they are courteous and professional, never try to ?oversell? me and always keep me informed. And a car wash is included every time! I will never take my Subarus anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Great customer service

Bought a new V60 on a rainy day. When I got the car home and in my dry garage, I noticed several paint blemishes on the hood of the car that were not apparent when delivered to me. I admit I am a perfectionist when it comes to the appearance of my cars. I took the car back to them and with absolutely no pushback or argument they offered to polish the hood, paint the hood or provide me with a different car at my choice. I chose a different car and they made the switch the next day. Even though the dealership was crazy-busy, they attended to it quickly and painlessly. David, Jason and Chris were just fantastic and worked together well to make it happen. My complete satisfaction with my purchase was definitely their priority and I will definitely recommend DWV to anyone without hesitation based on this experience.

Great no pressure experience!

Our family went recently to test drive a Subaru Ascent and was very impressed with the no pressure sales people on staff. We told them up front that we were only there to start test driving cars and very early in our process, and they treated us very well. They spent a lot of time showing us features and specs, even measured the cargo area for us, and let us take the car out on our own. Taking the time on a potential customer speaks volumes, and we’ll be back when it’s time to buy!

The story of Vi

The Ratings are based on the fact that the facility was well maintained, clean, employees and customers were following public health guidelines, and the staff member (Max Deselin) that assisted me was Stellar! Max had previously worked with my sister when she bought her Volvo. He was very patient, knowledgeable, willing to work with me to make a deal that was manageable for both parties. He took time to discuss features of the car- how to program, how to change settings, where to find the owners manual, how to use the app, and where to find keys for the roof rack. He made transitioning from no car payment- to a beautiful machine that requires a payment, seamless.

Excellent salesman - Andrew Hardy,

I checked out the website and was looking for a specific Volvo. They didn’t have it but when they did get one Lee Hatley, with the internet sales department contacted me. We went down the next day and purchased the Volvo S90 from Andrew Hardy. Such a great process from start to finish. We have bought several cars from this dealership - always fair and honest.
