Completed the oil change while waiting. Great environment, clean and warm. Friendly service. Less than an hour to complete the service. I had a chance to look at the new Volvo while waiting.

On March 27, 2013, I took my Accord into Darrell Waltrip Honda for a recall. After service, I picked up the car and drove directly to my home in Mt. Juliet. I parked the car in my walkout garage and the car caught fire and burned much of my house. My wife and I lost most of our possessions and all of our treasures of a lifetime. Forensic experts say that the mechanic bypassed approved repair protocol and power steering fluid was spread throughout the engine compartment. That fluid also spread onto the catalytic converter and caused the fire. We have never received any benefit from Honda to pay for our personal losses. We spent 15 months in a hotel and never returned to live in our home. We have never even received an apology from Darrell Waltrip or company owner Hendrick Automotive Group who has a reported annual revenue of 9 billion dollars. My wife is dead now. Do you want this to happen to you!

They were very helpful and understood my needs and wants. Finance made the process very easy and helped me get the right things I needed to keep the vehicle in good shape.

This dealership is OUTSTANDING!! My salesman, James, was so very polite, professional, proficient, and NOT pushy at the same time, that right away I was drawn to him, and this deal!! I wasn't even sure if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, but walked away having out some down on a beautiful CX-40, that wasn't even there yet!! James did such a great job with his descriptions of the car, that I could not help but purchase it. and I could not be happier. I wasn't even going to be here when the car arrived, but they held it for me!! AND.. they installed a bike hitch for me, by taking it somewhere else to have it put on!! I am quite pleased with the way I was treated. The manager, Jason, was quite friendly, speaking to me on a personal level. On the financial end, Ethan was great!! Quite personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was AWESOME, ad my car is beautiful!! This is the dealership ypou should shop for a new car at!! You cannot go wrong!!

I went to their store for honda fit sport 2010.they were so nice even though I did not buy the car in the end.they showed me the car without asking any question,never push me to make a decision .the honda fit sport was good but the price was a little bit over my budget and i finally bought another one from another store. I still want to give them 5 stars for their good service.
