Two cars Later and Extremely Pleased!!

I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy and Trace on two cars Recently. My 21 yr old bought her first car herself, with a little help from Mom and Dad! She is so proud of the car and experience. Her first Big Girl step into world of Finance was pleasant and professional. This is a big moment for her and the staff at Toyota made her feel special and got her into the car she wanted! I just yesterday bought a new company 4Runner from Cassidy as well. This was again a seemless experience with profeesionals like Cassidy and Trace. If you are in need of a vehicle, I absolutely recommend you see Principle Toyota and Cassidy is a great Sales Professional to work with!!

Very Good Experience

After a very bad experience with Auto Nation Nissan and VW dealer right cross the street, I stopped at this dealership and I was in and out with more than the car I wanted and the exact deal I had in mind (fit my budget and needs). The salesman (Skyler Milner) treated me with respect and listened to me more than trying to sale me what works for him (I appreciate that). The managers and the staff were all nice and respectful, they thanked me for my business and when I came back the next day so my wife can sign the contract, they all stopped by and said hi.....(very friendly environment).

New Car Shopping Trip

Came into town to babysit my grandchildren and decided to go look for a new vehicle. Danny Royle was the best! He was very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. My grandchildren also enjoyed him. When it came time for the finance part Buddy Carnett made it fast and painless. I will be back.

Came Home with the Car we wanted

I inquired about the car we wanted by email and received a quick response about it still being available. My wife and I let Danny Royle know that we would be coming in later that night. We were helped immediately when we arrived at the dealership and taken to Danny's office by another sales associate. Drove the car and knew that we wanted it, but it was a little above what we wanted to spend. Through quick negotiations, we were able to get it at the price we wanted. Very happy with our purchase. We received great service, when most dealerships would not have, especially on the night before Thanksgiving. Thanks Danny!

Two thumbs up for Garwyne Jones

I talked with Mr. Garwyne Jones earlier in the day and informed him what type of vehicle I was looking for.. When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Jones met me and my wife at the receptionist desk. He informed us that he had been waiting on us and had took the liberty to move the vehicle up front at the door. Mr. Jones was impressive with his knowledge of the vehicle and was also very patient with us as we pondered if we wanted to make the purchase after the first visit. Several staff members stopped by and introduced themselves and assured us, if there were any question we had, to make sure to contact them. Mr. Jones could tel,l I was Leary of dealing with him and the whole car buying experience. This guy calmed my fears and made sure that we had the best deal possible. For that Mr. Jones I say thank you. You are a great asset to Principle. I will be purchasing the wife a vehicle in the near future. My wish would be that you will still be there when I purchase my next vehicle. Good Job Principle Toyota.

Horrible Service

Appt set for 9:00. Simple maintenance items. Did not get car back until 5:30. Poor explanation from management (that guy has been sick) and no apologies. Did not get any recommendations for possible extra work. These guys are overloaded. You should probably look elsewhere.

Great Experience, went out of their way for us.

Had our first experience with Principle Toyota and I couldn't be more happy. We ended up buying two used cars. Our salesman Xavier Sullivan was super nice, helped us out in every way possible. We also worked with Aaron the General Sales Manager and Peter the finance manager. We kept all of them late two nights and not once did they complain. They all made the experience fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone going to them!
