We purchased a used Kia Sorento. Cassie was so helpful with everything!! There was no pressure at all- just honesty and a desire to make us happy. After we purchased the car, Cassie spent a lot of time showing us how to operate all the extra "gadgets". She called us several days after to make sure we didn't have any further questions. GREAT PR- very impressed with someone so young. Will definitely return when looking for another vehicle!!

A few years ago we bought a avalon, good car and good experience. Came back with my daughter 1st of September to help her but a Camry. 2 weeks later came to get me a used Tacoma. I will return to see Jimmy Rooker again! Good sales manager good salesman , finance man and good parts men, thanks for all your help.

I came in to purchase a car for my wife, as we looked around she was approached by jason white he showed her a few cars and she decided which one she wanted. I talked with him and informed him I had cash and wanted to buy the car, after several minutes he informed me he could not work with me at all and tried to sell me a 2012 needless to say I left. I contacted Troy Freeman who also works there and he put me in contact with grant bailey who seemed to be sorry for my experience after stressing to him that jason is not why I was getting the car he still turned around and put his name down as my salesman. I'm very disappointed and will not be dealing with this dealership again nor will I suggest it to anyone I know.

Our second purchase from Principle, very good purchase experience. Jimmy Rooker is a great guy we send all our friends to him. Keep doing what your doing and we will keep coming.

My salesman, Paris Johnson went up and above to provide excellent customer service. If I could, I'd give him ten stars. The management team went out of their way to show me that they appreciated my business. The whole process was stress free.

I saw the car I wanted online, came in and showed them what I wanted, test drove it and drove off the lot with it! Love my new Camry! Jimmy Rooker, my salesman did a great job with helping me!

I enjoyed my experience with Principle Toyota. The entire staff was cordial and made me feel welcomed. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. I was impressed that they are closed on Sunday.

We went to look at a specific car which had already been sold. Niki worked with us to find a better car at a great price! I tell everyone who asks what a great experience this was. I will definitely see Niki again when it comes time to buy another car.
