Great experience!

We had a great experience working with Cassidy Nealy at Principal. She was very helpful, and worked hard to get us a deal we could be happy with. She made our car buying experience enjoyable! Our new Rav4 Limited is a beautiful vehicle and has some fantastic options. Looking forward to driving it!

New car purchased

We have purchased five cars from this dealership in the last six years and have been very pleased with each purchase or lease car purchased. The employees are great and very pleasant to work with. Each seems to know the job that they are doing whether it be sales people or finance or appraisal. Our daughter has leased two cars from this dealership in addition to the five we have purchased or leased since 2010. We purchased cars from this dealership that goes back in time to 1980.

I'm so happy

April was so great. She really listens to her customers and tries to meet their needs. Everyone that I met at Principle Toyota exceeded my expectations. Love my new car.

Great experience

I enjoyed working with Jerry Melton in sales, Peter in financial affairs and Harvey Rosen. Mr. Melton was very personable and interested in making sure I was taken care of. Everyone was very attentive and gave great customer service. I have driven Toyota's for most of my life and glad I still do!

It was a great.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander and my experience at Principle Toyota was Awesome . My Sales Rep. Cassidy and the Financial staff and Manager helped me with all of my needs and she explained all of the features of the vehicle to me and my family. It was one of the best experience I've had. Thanks a lot Cassidy and thumbs up to Principle Toyota.

Best salesperson in city. Bought two new trucks from her the other day. She is a class act. If you need a New Vehicle, you have to see Laura @ Principle. She is knowledgable and listens to what you want. None of this circus bull---- , like all the other dealers. Also, make sure Peter does the closing on your vehicle. Another Class Act!

We received excellent service from Grant. He didn't haggle... just provided us his best deal and it really was a great deal. We would recommend Principle Toyota and will come back again.

Complete liars.

I called on a Thursday evening and made an offer on a Tundra and offered a deposit. The salesman Paris, because they were closing said I will call you as soon as I get in at 8;30 and we'll take the deposit, but it's a done deal, nobody will get it. The next morning by 8:30 I had a rental car and hotel room booked to travel down Saturday morning to take delivery. By at 8:30 I looked up the truck on their website and they had it advertised at $45,883. Our price was negotiated at $47,468. At 8:30 Paris called and I told I'm ready for the deposit, but what's up with this price? The back peddling started. They said it was a mistake, and that didn't include the fine print dealer add on's etc. I asked him to talk to his manager and I understood and asked for $47,000 even because they were definitely charging a $499.50 charge irregardless. About an hour later an Aaron Brock, sales manager called. He went thru the mistake and said some guy from FEDEX was in all the time and was going to offer $48,000 and and the back peddling continued. So I went ahead and said Ok original deal $47,468 and he took my credit card and said the truck was marked sold and to go ahead and fill an APP out on line to get rolling. About an hour later I texted just to make sure he got my form and everything was good. I then get a text saying that he had a problem call him soon as I could. I called him and he claimed that one of his salespeople showed the truck with the FEDEX guy again and he then gave them full price and his owner Tom Lochner said, well he's here, so sale it. So from the owner to the the sales force are all dishonorable pieces of trash. I've never been lied to and screwed this bad on dealing with anything. If you deal with these greedy xxxxxxxx, watch your back and take some lube. Here's the kicker the idiots now have the truck online advertised at $46,883. I believe they made it all up to get a few extra bucks out of the truck. What an embarrassing bunch of morons.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Performance Toyota has always given me great customer service with my Camry, and Shay Montgomery made my service visit a very pleasant one. She was interested in the customer, attentive and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. She was also understanding about my need to keep costs down and did all she could to help me in that area. It's rare these days to get customer service like that.
