Principle Toyota in Memphis

We looked for the perfect car for a few weeks, going from Wolfchase Toyota to Honda and then over to Nissan. I knew I wanted an SUV, but I had to be sure I was getting the best deal. My husband and I were not treated the way I would have expected at any of the dealerships visited. We even made jokes about how they must have thought we were poor because I drive a 20 year old Toyota Camery. However, as soon as we pulled up to Principle Toyota Cassidy came running out the door. She was excited to see us and very informative about the car I wanted. She was a breath of fresh air. She made me excited again to purchase a new car. I would definitely recommend her and the entire staff at Principle Toyota! There, they care about their customers and they do not judge. I also have to give a shout out to Chris Thompson. We was wonderful and explained the car buying process completely. While we were waiting, he took the time to show us more about the car and the different features. He gave personal experiences and allowed us to figure things out without feeling pressured. Overall this was an excellent experience! I would absolutely recommend Principle Toyota to everyone looking for that perfect car buying experience.

I loved it this time I was in there. 5 years ago I purchased a Corolla there it was hard to get the deal done. This time I submitted my application online they called me I have the best sales person ever I have purchased a car. She went above and beyond to get me in a car and a deal. My nephew and I and my daughter went to see Rick In. He was recommended to me by a friend. Have bought 7 Toyotas previously. Best salesman I have found to date. My nephew bought a car and I bought a 4 Runner for my daughter. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. Has the knowledge and the character to tell you the truth about what you are buying. Have several places I will never deal with again but I think I have found THE best place to but from. I will return shortly and buy a used Tacoma from him in the coming months. Never got the feeling I was being hustled like at several other dealers. Just a down to earth group that caters to what you want and need. Highest recommendations to both Principle and Rick.

Our sales rep/ Brandon Hoss and sales manager Chris Thompson were extremely patient and helpful to my wife and my self in making our decision to buy a Rav4. Trace Mcgonagill was very good at explaining all the ins and outs of the financing paper work and warranties. We have only had the car for 5 days and have been vert happy with the car. I highly recommend Principle Toyota .

After a disappointing visit to another dealer, I discovered my employer has a discount purchase program through Truecar. After selecting my car of choice, I was told I would be contacted. I never expected the phone to ring only 15 minutes later. It was Paris Johnson at Principle Toyota. From that point forward, they never let up. I say 'they' because despite seeing several names throughout my correspondence, I never got the impression that they weren't working as a team. I felt cared for throughout the process to such a degree that I could not imagine going anywhere else. 5 star service all the way! *And I am loving my new Prius!!!

To begin, I never ever write reviews for anything. However, I was blown away by the great service I had here. I am so glad the ownership has changed. This used to be Performance Toyota and the old management was very difficult to work with. They would not work with customers trying to purchase new vehicles. As a result of that, I used to avoid this dealership even though it is close to my home. I've even crossed state lines to a different Toyota dealership to buy my Toyota. Recently, I noticed that their management changed and decided to give them a try by purchasing a new 2016 camry xse. I was blown away by the professionalism and interegty my sales man, Danny Royle, provided me. I've had horrible business transactions at the pervious Performance Toyota, but I'm glad to say that this dealership has redeemed itself and I will be a long time customer of Principle Toyota.

Came to the dealership to look at trading in a Mazda MX5 and purchase a larger vehicle due to an expanding family. Cassi was extremely helpful and patient on an extremely hot day. For my trade in the dealership offered a thousand dollars more than the Mazda dealership that we have been using for the last 3 years, the rest was an easy decision. We now own a Prius which was sold at a fair price and we are very happy customers. Credit to our sales rep Cassi, who although was new to the job, gave great customer service and a happy buying experience.

We had a great experience working with Cassidy Nealy at Principal. She was very helpful, and worked hard to get us a deal we could be happy with. She made our car buying experience enjoyable! Our new Rav4 Limited is a beautiful vehicle and has some fantastic options. Looking forward to driving it!
