I had a very positive experience at Principle Toyota. I bought a 2014 Highlander. I was greeted by all staff who saw me, and the sales manager (Chris) came out and introduced himself. Everyone was honest and pleasant throughout the negotiation process. Jimmy Rooker, my salesperson was kind and knowledgeable about the car's features. He answered all of my questions and even entertained my six year old son who also had lots of questions. Peter made the financing process quick and simple. It was truly a stress-free experience and I could not have asked for a nicer staff.

I had a MDX Acura 2015, the payment was too high. Thanks to Laura I could change for a 2016 Toyota Sienna with a lower payment and low interest. thanks Laura

Overall we had a good experience purchasing a used vehicle from Principle Toyota. The description of the vehicle on-line matched what we found on the lot (that's always am good start). Service at the dealership was good. It did take a long time to get everything done, I suppose that's part of the process. Overall we were happy with the value of our trade-in and the overall value of the deal and financing.

I took my car in on May 20, and June 3, to have some works done and each time Mr. Seth Green waiting on me on professional level and great personality. What I like most about the check in area the staff members were well prepared and working as a team.

We were discouraged by another local Toyota dealership and told to not go to Principle Toyota because their deals are not very good and we would be ripped off.
