Great Experience

My husband and I traded our 2012 Highlander for a New 2016 Highlander. We picked it up last night and love it !!!! Our experience at Principle Toyota has been very positive and highly recommend their team if you are shopping for a car.... new or used !

Bought a new Highlander & had a very good experience

the salesman and the people involved In our buying experience were both friendly and respectful throughout the entire experience, from our first visit through to our final visit when we bought the vehicle; furthermore the deal that was made was quite close to our expectations; lastly the salesman took the time at the end to go through the key settings and applications to ensure that we were aware of most of the great features that the car provides

10,000 Mile Service

I recently came in for my 10,000 mile service for my 2015 4Runner. Greg got me in and out in an hour, great job by the whole team. I will continue to drive past Wolfchase thirty minutes from Bartlett to bring my vehicle to Principle.

Excellent service department

Everyone was awesome. Great experience from start to finish. I previously had an unfavorable experience st another deslership. I feel very good about my choice. They even red me lunch!

Awesome dealership and great salesman!

I walked in with 2.5 hours available to buy a car! I walked the lot with Jimmy Rooker, found the car, bought and financed it and had it detailed all in 2 hours and 25 minutes!! Great experience. I had 7 people working to get me what I wanted at a price 3 dollars a month less than I walked in willing to pay!!

we were very pleased with Jimmy Rooker, he took the time to make sure we understood how to operate the used truck we bought. During the Sale, he was honest and very friendly and made sure we understood the process. Very polite. All the staff was very professional and courteous. We would use Principle Toyota again.
