Service rep was knowledgeable and kept me informed. Waiting room was spotless. Maintenance and repair was finished as promised . The check out process was quick and easy.

It was real simple and easy to apply for a loan .

It was real simple and easy to apply for a loan . The salesperson was very nice also the manager of the loan. Drove the vehicle home the same day.

I brought my car in for repair had waited 2.

I brought my car in for repair had waited 2.5 hours only to find out my car had not been seen by anyone. I was upset had to speak with manager. I was given a discount My car was left overnight. I was informed that it was a 5 hour job. I received text to review information the next day at 11:50 am. I spoke to service advisor Maben only to find out that half of job completed. Again, I reached out to manager to get things right. I have k own Mabem for 9 years. It appears he was having an off day I had originally made appointment with Libra. He had a medical emergency on this day. I guess next time I will wait for Libra. Overall got car fixed besides internal systemic problems. Thanks David for my discount and 👀 the process through. Respectively submitted Tonni Chew

Staff was courteous, informative and helpful. Service was thorough and efficient. I was kept informed of my car?s progress during maintenance. I was notified promptly when all was done and I could pick up my car.

Principle has a phenomenal service area.

Principle has a phenomenal service area. Shelton is always a very helpful service advisor. The regular maintenance was easily scheduled online and I was in and out quickly. I was also able to extend my Toyotacare while there.

Had a fantastic experience at Principle Toyota! Aaron Taber and the team worked with me despite having no credit history. They helped with financing, insurance, and my Tennessee license plate. Plus, I got a 3-year free service plan with my new RAV4. Highly recommend their outstanding support!

Excellent Service always since early 2006.

Excellent Service always since early 2006. I Needed a car to a twenty yr old vehicle and all I had was a bent key. The key database no longer has a twenty yr old car in data base. My Service people worked extremely hard to have me walk out as a satisfied customer!
