I went in for an oil change, received a text with close

I went in for an oil change, received a text with close to $2,000 of what I felt was frivolous items they wanted to charge me for. I just felt like they weren't looking out for me, just wanting more profit. I will say the quality of what they did was satisfactory. Just look out for the additional work they will want you to buy.

Eric was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He contacted me after the weekend to make sure I was happy and didn’t have any questions. He even said I could come back for another walkthrough of my car’s features at any time, and I’ve already called him to answer questions. It could not have been a better experience.

Great overall experience.

Great overall experience. Madelyn was proactive, communicative, and clearly focused on building long-term customer relationships. The team's commitment to service, flexibility, and transparency really stood out. There was a minor issue with the trade-in, mostly due to outside factors, but the dealership went above and beyond to make the deal work. I truly appreciate their dedication to taking care of the customer.

I left this rating once, but will kindly do it again. After a routine oil change and tire rotation at Cronin Perrysburg, my ABS, Stabiltrak, Traction Control and Cruise Control no longer worked. Yellow lights and bells going off when I took repossession of my Cadillac. Everything was working fine, and checked out fine, when I dropped the car off. NOTHING was said to me about these warning and problems. I drove off the lot and right back immediately. I had to reschedule my car for the next week to find that I needed over $500 work done to fix what was not wrong with it when I dropped it off. Now you tell me how that happened while it was in YOUR care. I have a very real trust issue with this company now. Will not be returning with my Cadillac or my Silverado. Sil

My Atlas has been in for service 4 times in the last 7

My Atlas has been in for service 4 times in the last 7 months. After today's experience we will be finding somewhere else to have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment to have 2 major repairs done over 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I brought the vehicle in for today's service appointment. After waited 2 hours (3:00- 5:00) for the shuttle to take me home, I finally had someone from my family come pick me up. My husband was called today (although I left my cell # with Keith when I dropped my vehicle off) and informed that the parts needed for the Engine Replacement of Valve Cover due to oil leak where not available. On April 14th I had my car in because my seat controls would not work. $186.81 repair. I was informed that my vehicle was no longer under warranty at that time. I was then informed that I had 2 items that required immediate attention totaling over $2,000.00 in repairs. My vehicle had been in for a repair on December 10 for a supposed rodent damage to the alternator, which cost $1 067.21. Nothing was mentioned at that time about the 2 repairs that somehow required immediate attention only 3,385 miles later. I will not be calling, so please refrain from that reply. Thanks to Scott our wonderful salesman for noticing that we were waiting for the shuttle service forever.
