Both my husband and I were well received by everyone who worked on this day. The salesman who was ours on this day was Jeff Trobaugh; what a courteous and patient sales rep he was. He asked us a lot of questions so we would end up buying the right vehicle for us. He also checked into all of the Buick specials they had and we ended up saving ourselves a lot of money on the purchase of our SUV. He also had some other maintenance done on our SUV before we drove it off of the lot that saved us from having to return to the dealership. Jeff and others went above and beyond their work duties to make our time worthwhile, and making our visit a very positive one. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to having them see us again for the maintenance that we will have done on our SUV to keep it for a while. Thank you Buick Team, the Dudas

This dealership has bees good!

This dealership has bees good! From the time I bought my Yukon and every service since. They always double check and work to find out if things are under warranty still and take excellent care of my car being serviced. The last time my Yukon ended up needing to be there longer than expected so they offered me a loaner car which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for always taking great care of me. I will definitely be always buying and servicing my vehicles through Cronin!!

Very friendly and very clean. Nice location easy to get to from 75. The only thing I had a issue with was that I wasn't sure where to go when u got there.

I didn’t deal with Ryan. I dealt with Madelyn Rankins. She was great. She answered all of my questions and gave me my space when I needed it. Definitely 5 stars, If not more.

I took my Cadillac in for routine oil change and tire

I took my Cadillac in for routine oil change and tire rotation on 4/24. Everything was working on entry to service. After paying just under $100, it was returned to me with no traction control, no ABS, no Stabiltrak, no cruise control, which I pointed out to them by returning to service dept after driving 1 mile down the road. I was rescheduled for 4/28 to address this problem. Service declined to take any responsibility for the issue, even though it happened under their watch. It checked out fine when I arrived on 4/24 and all the yellow lights and warning bells were there when I took repossession. I had to spend $590 more to get it fixed. I now have a very real trust issue with this dealership and will no longer be using them for my Cadillac or Silverado. All employees were kind, but would not acknowledge ownership of resulting problems. Marsha Beaverson

My oil change was done in a timely manner.

My oil change was done in a timely manner. Service Department reps were awesome. I was comfortable while waiting on the work to be completed.

One of the best car purchasing experiences in my life.

One of the best car purchasing experiences in my life. Got exactly what I wanted (WV Jetta Sport, Monument Gray) at a fair price. The gas mileage is unbelievable, consistently 50+ highway. Awesome car.
