Usually have a good experience with service, but took 1 month to get my car back, as the part didn’t come in for a recall. Not sure why they wouldn’t postpone until the part was in(they delayed the service a week because the part wasn’t in yet).

If your phone is going to be answered by a robot, and the message states texting is preferred, then by all means please ensure someone is reading and responding to texts. I had multiple texts go unanswered and the service department simply left for the night, holding my car overnight unnecessarily because no one could answer my questions about the services performed.

I was having a problem with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra it
I was having a problem with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra it shook and the oil can light came on, I took it out to Columbia Hyuandai and they said my Vin # was NOT on any recall list, but they could track the oil if I agreed to a new oil change, though I just had an oil change a week before. It cost me $200 and then I got my car back and on the first drive it did the same thing again. That cost me $800 I am afraid to drive it again and I had it towed twice to the dealer which also paid out of pocket. So now I am in over $1200 and still afraid it is not fixed. Madeline Korb
