Ive been taking my vehicle here for the past five years and they always treated me well Whenever they have my car over a hour, theyll offer me a courtesy ride wherever I needed to go Great experience Very well organized

Al Carter, a professional who cares.

Al is a true professional that absolutely blew me away with how honest and straight up he was. No pressure sales demeaner, just a good listener and he follows up at comfortable genuine pace. I can’t say enough about him. I really wanted a car from their fiat lot but it wasn’t certified. Al went through a ton of wickets to get that done and we ended up with a loaner while they updated a recall. He even found a matching floor mat to replace one that was missing after I bought the thing! I hope I wasn’t his worst client but I know he was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. For that, we will certainly be back next year!

Great Salesman Randall Lovell

This review is for an exceptional Salesman Randall Lovell @ Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon. I went in with some credit challenges. Randall and the sales manager worked with me provided me with plenty of options. Eventually they found the car of my dreams after a month, we all were tired I even put money down on a car I did not like just to get the process over. Thank you Randall & Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon location you are the best.

Disappointing Experience

I've spent the past weekend test driving vehicles and narrowed my decision down to two, one of which was a Cadillac. I was in the area and wanted to take a final test drive before I made my decision. I stopped in at Ed Morse and was directed to Derryl. I was honest with him and told him that I simply wanted to take the vehicle out for a test drive. Derryl showed zero desire to assist. Rather, he went through the routine of what I wanted in a vehicle. I told him multiple times I only wanted to take the vehicle out for a test drive. He continued to press and insinuated that I was wasting his time, going as far to state that I was out joy riding. I thanked him for his time and left the dealership. I was very disappointed in my experience at Ed Morse Cadillac and offended by by interaction with Derryl. I do not recommend dealing with this individual.

I was there to have a light replaced.
