The purchase of our beautiful F-150 XLT
We ordered our F-150 from MI. Rex was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to explain vehicle features and answer our questions. We felt at ease as a result and ordered long distance. Upon return to Florida, Rex was a delight. He continues to answer questions and explain technologies. He encourages questions, which is good, as we know we will have more. Thank you Rex. David was very good to work with in financing. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Thy HONESTLY made it easy!
One night we were looking at cars on the website. Went in the next evening to see our top picks. Kim (salesperson) was attentive and friendly. She really listened and understood what we needed in a car. She showed all our top picks and we drove a few. We picked out a car,and then Dave, in financing, checked to see if it would work for us. We got a call the next day, and went in to sign papers! We drove off that evening very satisfied!

The most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had!
I’m a lady of a “certain” age and I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. That said, I want to sincerely thank Michelle and Dan at Nick Nicholas Ford who both went above and beyond my expectations during the sales process. From the moment I met Michelle on the phone, until we hugged good bye as I was getting ready to drive away in my new 2019 Edge, there was not a moment where I found myself unhappy. Michelle took care of every possible detail to assure me that I would be satisfied and I appreciate that very much. When I went to meet Dave to sign the contracts, again, there was not a surprise or uncomfortable feeling. He had all of the paperwork ready and explained the entire packet to me.
