I really enjoyed my car shopping experience with Dee Knight. He was considerate and made me feel like he was helping his mother. I enjoyed his company as well as having a considerate Christian man helping me. They were both very polite and considerate. Dee is a special man I hope they recognize him . Mr Clark also was considerate and friendly. They made me feel at home. Or like visiting with friends. Dee was very accommodating throughout the process. He even came to my house to help me set up the garage door opener! He made sure I found the car I wanted!!

New features on a car are intimidating but Rex carefully talked me thru the new features and sent a we access to videos to further explain how to use my new stuff.

From my first call to the dealer inquiring about the call, I knew I was goi g to do business with them and buy this beautiful car. I live in CA and they treated me as if I was family and lived next door. The center of my relationship with Nick Nicholas Ford was my sales representative, Rex Adair. Because I didn’t visit the dealer (opposite coast) Rex became my eyes and ears and guided me through the process throgh numerous phone calls. He took extra photos and videos for me (he offered I did not have to ask) and ultimately we consummated the deal and the car is nestled in my garage in CA. Rex worked with my transporter and made sure all went smoothly. He kept in contact with me as the car made its way west to CA. The Shelby was exactly as described and advertised and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase. It’s a little more complex a transaction to conduct an out of state purchase-Nick Nicholas Ford from sales negotiations to delivery far exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a car and it happens to be at this dealership, give them the opportunity to earn your business-you will be happy you did! Ask for Rex and he will take care of you and change your mind about purchasing a vehicle. I know, I’ll be back!

Called the dealer. Briefly talked to Dee to confirm car was there. He had car pulled up and was ready to assist us. He proved to be everything we would look for in a car salesman. Informative but not pushy. Courteous but not fake. Bravo to Dee. ... My Mom felt comfortable and happy the whole time. I hope to buy a Mustang GT from him next year. Thanks again and would absolutely recommend.

Kim was excellent in all aspects. The shopping experience was smooth and easy. I cannot give 5 stars. Do to an issue I asked for in the deal and was told everything I asked for would be completed. That being, I asked for an alignment check. Placing the vehicle on the alignment machine and checking, alignment if needed. I was told a salesmen took it for a ride and its fine. Thats not quite what I asked for and was told would be done. I would like to state again Kim was great. I guess it would be a used car manager Im not happy with.

I love working with Michelle. She found me the car that I was wanting and got it to me within a day. She made the sale stress and hassle free. I will continue working with Michelle because I don't just feel like another sale. Nick Nicholas Ford has always made me feel like I was family
