Great Experience

We worked with Ana Cruz at Nick Nicholas Lincoln, and have moved to Nick Nicholas Ford so we could continue to work with Ana on purchasing our new Edge. NNF has a great team of customer focused employees.

Great customer service

I have been going to both Ford dealerships for almost 10 years, the customer service is excellent and the Trade in value is the best around, just bought 2 more vehicles from my Ford, i love them and i even made some good friends over the years there, i consider them more like family. I will be back again when i need to purchase something else. Won't go anywhere else.

Best experience as always

The folks at Nick Nicholas are simply the best. Every department and staff member are courteous and genuinely care about you. All the way from Nick Nicholas himself, Shane Bryant, Richard Garrett, Kim Williams, and David Clark just to name a few that were involved in this visit. We have been going to Nick Nicholas before they even went to Inverness, while they were here in Leesburg, many years ago. We drive from Leesburg to Inverness for All our vehicle needs, and sometimes just to stop in and visit and get a little encouragement. If every business did business like these people do; wow what a wonderful place this would be. It's simple really. You can look - but you will not find better people to take care of whatever your vehicle needs may be. Period.

Could have been handled much better by Manager!!

Had a great experience with salesperson Kim Williams, she was her usual helpful, knowledgeable self. Great Rep. of Nick Nickolas Ford. One of your sales managers, Bill Buckner< was a bit SURLY when it came to the latter stages of trade bargaining, he glared at me rather harshly and talked down to me like I knew nothing about trading vehicle and the pricing of vehicles. Then when he checked with another person he came back and said you have a deal TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT today or not at all! As many vehicles as I have bought through this Dealership this was the FIRST TIME I have ever been treated like this, as if he thought he was superior to me. Respectfully, Solon L. Brown

was not even going to buy a Ford, just came in to look

came in to look at the 2019 Edge I found online, they let me test drive it, had more features then the Highlander I was going to buy. With our Ford discount and the features that this SUV had that the Highlander didn't, I was sold. It had better visibility than the Highlander in the rear & lumbar for long trips. I only hope this Edge is as reliable as my Venza. Since my husband is blind, the staff was excellent in treating him with respect as well. Thank you all for the extra care you gave us in the sale of our new ride, Since I make all the decisions now in big purchases, I have put off buying a new vehicle because I did not want to take time to through the hassle of changing vehicles. Felt like the salesman was looking out for me. caring.

I really enjoyed my car shopping experience with Dee Knight. He was considerate and made me feel like he was helping his mother. I enjoyed his company as well as having a considerate Christian man helping me. They were both very polite and considerate. Dee is a special man I hope they recognize him . Mr Clark also was considerate and friendly. They made me feel at home. Or like visiting with friends.
