Great Experience

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tommie Vaughn Ford. My salesperson was very friendly and easy to do business with. They seem to always have great inventory and better vehicles than other dealerships. I would recommend them when your looking for a great truck.

New 2020 Transit Owner

The sales rep that was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. Any questions that I had he was sure to find out the answer with as much detail as possible. My experience with Tommie Vaughn always has been and always is of the upmost pleasure. this was my second vehicle that I have purchased from them, and I plan to go to them in the future for my vehicles.

Took 2005 Mustang that had rain inside of the car. They took out right side seat & mats & replaced the padding. Did a great job! I have use Tommie Vaughn Ford for all of my repairs from day 1.

Mark Harris was good to work with and followed up several times. Apple was great as well and fully-explained the financing options I had. This is the second truck I’ve purchased from Tommie Vaughn and it was a great experience.

Best experience ever!

This is my third purchase from Tommie Vaughn and I have not been disappointed. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and had terrible experiences (i.e., all day at the dealership, haggling over deals that were previously discussed, etc.) Tommie Vaughn is exceptional for their customer service, financing, and overall professionalism. The deal was finalized over the phone and when I got to the dealership, the paperwork was completed without any unpleasant surprises. In fact, I only spent 1 hour at the dealership and that time was waiting on extra fabric care services that I requested at the end of the deal. I will only purchase from Tommie Vaughn from now on.

Great experience

I tried most of the Ford dealers in town via their internet sales. Five of six local dealers ghosted me when they found out the car I wanted was not on their lot (yet). Lauren maintained constant communication via email and text, and created an enjoyable experience.
