This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tommie Vaughn Ford. My salesperson was very friendly and easy to do business with. They seem to always have great inventory and better vehicles than other dealerships. I would recommend them when your looking for a great truck.

The sales rep that was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. Any questions that I had he was sure to find out the answer with as much detail as possible. Took 2005 Mustang that had rain inside of the car. They took out right side seat & mats & replaced the padding. Did a great job! I have use Tommie Vaughn Ford for all of my repairs from day 1.

This is my third purchase from Tommie Vaughn and I have not been disappointed. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and had terrible experiences (i.e., all day at the dealership, haggling over deals that were previously discussed, etc.) Tommie Vaughn is exceptional for their customer service, financing, and overall professionalism. The deal was finalized over the phone and when I got to the dealership, the paperwork was completed without any unpleasant surprises. In fact, I only spent 1 hour at the dealership and that time was waiting on extra fabric care services that I requested at the end of the deal. I will only purchase from Tommie Vaughn from now on.

I tried most of the Ford dealers in town via their internet sales. Five of six local dealers ghosted me when they found out the car I wanted was not on their lot (yet). Lauren maintained constant communication via email and text, and created an enjoyable experience.
