Shady!

Buying process was easy. Turns out, when someone wants to sell you a used car that has been in a wreck, they can make the actual purchase an easy process. Bought the car, after pointing out some things that I thought were odd. Asked if car had been in a wreck, we were told "no". Drove car home, driver side window was giving me issues. Took it back, they "fixed" it. Realized the voice command was not hearing me, took it back to get fixed, they "fixed" it only for me to get into the car and try it, and it not work. There was some discoloration on the drivers side door (where it had been hit) asked them to paint it, they said they would, went to pick it up after being told it was ready, the car wasn't ready. It took a MONTH for me to take my car home. They had promised to paint the front bumper due to it being a bit discolored, but they never painted it, and I was too fed up to argue the point. After I had the car for a little while, the backup camera stopped working (which we decided to buy the part and replace ourselves). The drivers side window STILL rattles, even after they fixed it AND I had it replaced. I will NEVER go back and I tell other people about my experience at this location. I am glad others have had a good experience with them, mine was HORRIBLE.

Tommy Vaughn made the buying experience outstanding. They did everything they said they would. The time in finance was great as well. In and out within 15 minutes. Great dealership.

Great experience!

My salesperson/David Bagby was very kind and helpful. He listened well to what I wanted, and provided quick and professional answers during the whole process of buying a car.

Excellent Service and quick

The salesman, Mr. Watson was very helpful in making the deal for us go quick and smooth. The Finance Dept, Andrea Watson was super quick and had everything ready so we were in and out in 30-45 minutes. I would recommend Dave Watson to help with purchasing a vehicle. He was very friendly and was not pushing us, just wanted to try and get us the best deal. Thanks to both Dave Watson and Andrea Watson.

This is the second truck I have bought from JP and Mike. Both times an amazing experience! It is a family owned dealership and they treat you like a friend. I will definitely be back for my next trade in.

car maintence

I have the toyota camry and a ford 2006 king ranch. Tommie Vaughn is the only dealership I trust to service the vechiles. Thank you for all you have done.

Great service

Christy Zeh made my car buying like no other. Completely informed on all aspects of the truck, processing and financing. Wouldn't go anywhere else, hope she does not either.
