2014 Kia Sorento EX

Darrell Knight was truly an outstanding use car salesman . He was not pushy, Mr. Knight gave my spouse and I time to think and talk about the deal. The deal went smooth, we both agree on a reasonable price. Again, Hats off to Mr. Knight and the management team at Tommie Vaughn Ford. I will try to make my next vehicle purchase from this dealer.

The person who received my car was very unpolite.

I ask her if they could check if my insurance coverage could pay to repair a damage to my car windshield. She answered my in a very unpolite way, that they don't do that. OK, I said, thank you anyway. It looks to me that she is not the one to work with enthusiasm early Mondays.

New Battery - early risers

Folks are up early over there. Arrived at 6:50 and left at 7:20. Battery had died on my F-150. Gal at the front desk and the fella that did the battery replacement were friendly and professional. Front desk gal noticed that I'd been chatting with the service tech and let me pay the bill and get on my way. Didn't have to wait for the service rep who was taking care of another customer.

Vehicle Purchase

Sales and service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, yet very low key. Vehicle pricing was very fair. Great to have a good dealership convenient to central Houston.

oil change

Always great to go in and not sit there for hours. Great people working the desk and always friendly and I'm a hard person to please but when I come here, it;s always easy for me especially having PTSD. Thanks Tommie Vaughn Ford for always making it a pleasing experience and for my wife who for the most part takes in the vehicle since I have to work.
