Excellent Communication, called to let us know what was going on, accommodated us when we needed a Body Shop service at the same time, Excellent Hours, early morning so we could drop off Truck and pick it up and still get to work.

Excellent Customer Service

Overall excellent customer service, worked with customer very effectively to accommodate our every need and the financing and paperwork was done expeditiously. Very satisfied and will definitely return to the same dealership.

Experience servicing my F-250

I took my 2015 F250 diesel to get serviced (oil change, tire rotation) for my 30,000 miles. I have been having problems with my outside rearview mirrors, sometimes they fold and sometimes they do not return to their original position. I asked if they could look into this problem but they said that is done in another department and I would have to bring it back and make another appointment. I do not have time to make an appointment and leave my vehicle again. Why.

Ford explorer

Accomodating what more can I say the lady came right out she remembered me by sight came right out talked to my husband (he usually does not go) and we left they called us the next am we got there about 4:30 picked up the car paid and went home. It was 30,000 mile check up

Tommie can you hear me?

Paula was super helpful, as was the sales agent who walked me to the service counter. Fox News was on one of the televisions. I think that that states a political preference. Ford may or may not want to stay more neutral.

Vehicle Service

This was probably the best service I have received at a dealership while having my car serviced. The staff was great, especially Paula, who I worked with directly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The dealership was very clean. Everyone was polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.
