Great customer service!

Tommie Vaughn provided us with a great buying experience. Our automobile was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Lauren, sales, ensured that we knew when the truck would arrive and would be ready to drive out. She facilitated dealer add-ons and delivered the truck seamlessly. Ashley, finance, also provided us with excellent customer service.

2017 Ford Edge recall

This was for the hoses recall on my Ford Edge. It took over 6 months for Ford to get the parts needed for my recall. The appointment went well and I was glad to have it finally done.

Tommy has supported me through the trial and tribulation

Tommy has supported me through the trial and tribulation of waiting for my Bronco. I will actually miss him a lot and will be back to buy another car from him when I'm ready. Andrea in the warranty and financing department was so fast, she squeezed me in front of some other people doing financing to get me out the door more quickly and love her for that. She was great!
