exceptional service from start to finish

Due to todays market, it is near impossible to find a car. Lots are empty as no one is getting in any inventory. One dealership wouldn?t sell me a car without having one to trade in, another was adding a $3k fee type of thing for not having inventory (total scam), while the others refused to update their online inventory just to bring you into the dealership and try to push whatever they could onto you. I saw two Bronco Sports on Tommie Vaughn?s page and called to confirm. I asked that they hold one for me and immediately headed their way. Andy Smith in Sales and Apple in Finance provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They didn?t treat me as just a customer they were eager to sell to. I felt as though I was making a deal with some friends. Dealership was clean, front desk greeted me with a smile, all associates were friendly Again, just an overall smooth and happy car buying experience. Check them out. You won?t regret! :)

The dealership is nice, but service department leaves

The dealership is nice, but service department leaves more to be desired. At my last service, they did not fill my DEF tank. And when rotating my tires, they did not adjust the air pressures. Now my tires are over inflated in the front and under inflated in the rear. Finally, they changed my fuel filter and clearly spilled as my entire vehicle now smells like fuel. Any one of these alone may not be a huge issue, but all combined at the same service appointment (along with a $450 invoice) is concerning.
