retired teacher

I met Mr. Vaughn a couple of times and he set the standard for trust and fairness. Keep to his high standards and I will certainly come back for either a new or used vehicle. Thad Free was very helpful and trusting. He definitely knows Fords.

Awesome experience, better than expected!

All my Life, I've been instructed to read every document. I was really surprised that my coverage did not include the road hazard for tires. After reading the coverage, you were correct when you said that I didn't have Road Hazard. I was sure I requested it when I purchased the Auto. That is why I complained about the $16.00 charge. After viewing the Policy every thing is OK now. I was pleased with the Tire Service, and left in a hurry since I was late leaving for New Orleans.

2012 Explorer. Service was great. I was in and out in no time. Bobby Harrell takes care of my service needs and is the best service writer ever. I truly enjoy the new facility along with good coffee and cold drinks. OUTSTANDING!

Renewed faith in Ford dealerships

I've been researching the exact Explorer I wanted for months and couldn't find it, I google searched "Ford dealerships near me" and yours was .4 miles from my office. I looked online for "that specific vehicle" I've been searching for and low and behold you had it. I was skeptical, as the last two experiences I had at the Ford dealership near my home were horrible, but I figured I'd give it a shot...so thankful I did. I drive about 500 miles per week and need a reliable, safe vehicle...now I have it. Thank you to Rick Salas and the team at Tommie Vaughn.

Works at Tommie Vaughn Quick Lane service center.

The Quick Lane service center was quick and thorough. Impressed that the Works included a tire rotation with the oil change. Service report was explained and an offer to answer any questions was a nice touch. Very professional experience.

Repair for Leaky Sunroof ... touchy subject.

Thank you to Liz for helping me get the sunroof leak repaired and doing so in such a way that show that Tommie Vaughn in committed to building great working relationships. The sunroof leak on my 2014 Explorer Sport is a result of clogged drains, which are inaccessible unless the headliner is pulled down. That creates an ongoing problem; Liz worked with her service management team to come up with a fair and equitable solution to getting the drains unclogged, and the carpet dried out. Relationship strengthened :) !!
