Anthony and Andrew are just GREAT in the service department. Anthony met me as I arrived and immediately moved my car to begin the service and inspection. They both explained exactly how the new inspection would work going forward. You could not have better people in this area. I drive over 40 miles to come to Tommie Vaughn because of your service. Top notch customer service

I brought in my 2010 Kia Forte Koup a week or two ago for a few routine maintenance issues. I told them I would be walking around in the area and to call me when it was done. I got a call back within an hour to an hour and a half. The prices were very reasonable, and the dealer even offered us a rebate that we hadn't asked about. I then got an email from the dealer saying I can receive a 2 month free trial of Sirius XM (no credit card number required). I will definitely return to this dealer for my maintenance needs.

Great sales people, service people and service.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer. Sales person and assistant worked diligently to get me the exact trim package I was looking for and I love my Explorer. Service has been really great, good prices, quick. No complaints at all.
