Very friendly and easy car buying process.

Not a typical corporate owned dealership with pushy, rude sales people. Very friendly staff and management. Was a much better experience than two other major Ford dealerships I visited.

Tommie Vaughn Ford service department

This last time I was there I got a ride from a friend to go to lunch. But I usually wait and smoke a cigar. I can usually find a place that is covered (rain and sun) but sometimes I worry that my cigar will annoy others. I'm not sure of the solution, but wanted to mention it. Also, by waiting outside I can escape the incessant noise of daytime television in the waiting areas. It's distracting when I'm trying to read.

Bobby Harrell is Ford's Finest !!

I will have to say, this was the most "pleasant" (if you can say that about having your vehicle in the shop) experience. Mr. Bobby Harrell made all the difference. He was very honest, informative and kept me update on what was going on with my vehicle. What really impressed me was that he told me several times that he did not feel comfortable releasing my vehicle to me until he was absolutely sure that it was fixed. That alone spoke volumes to me about his sincerity in making sure my vehicle was running properly. Also, it really did ease the blow of the extra wait time for the part they were waiting on. And to be very honest, the almost $1800.00 bill didn't sting that much either. It stung; but I didn't scream too loud. Mr. Harrell made all the difference. He truly is an asset to the Ford Motor Family!
