Honest repairmen. Thought I needed brakes, but he told me unless I wanted to spend money, my brakes were fine.

15,000 mile service

I have a 1013 Fusion. Took it in for 15,000 mile service. The service representative was helpful. I waited while the service was completed, was there about an hour total.

Tommie Vaughn Ford Cust. Serv. Satisfaction Report

I'm completely satisfied with 95% of the work done on my car. However, sometime you take the Motorcraft Brand to far. I had a lot of work done on my car ($1792.29). I had a set of perfectly good windshield wipers, but; because they weren't the Motorcraft Brand Wiper Blade Assembly they were replaced with the Ford Brand Assembly. I made no request to have this done,so; it cost me an extra $31.69 to have them installed. In the future try to just do what the customer requests.

good service

It was positive experience. The service attendant noticed I wanted coffee and immediately made a fresh pot. This maybe a small gesture but in my book made a real difference. Also the service was performed in a timely manner considering the number of other customers. So far every time I bring in a vehicle for service it has been good.

David Watson makes buying a car painless. Great guy!!!!! Credit manager was very helpful--can't remember his name. Lighting is very poor. Glare made it very difficult to read forms. Do something about the lighting!!!!! I have already recommended your dealership to another person!!!!
