2011 Ford F-350 king ranch
John Frisby was extremely cordial and accommodating, picking my daughter and I up from the airport was highly appreciated. We are pleased with the service and the expedient manner of business. Great sales dept., great parts guys great service
I contacted my salesman Dave Watson by phone and ordered a 2015 Ford Mustang GT Convertible with the full 50th anniversary appearence package. In my situation I needed to be in a new vehicle before the 31st of December, Dearborn was not telling the dealer when the car would be shipped. I decided ( actually a smart decision) to look at 2014 F-150's. I told Dave that I wanted no less that a Lariat trim level and i did not need a 4X4, he told me he had a 2015 Supoercrew that another customer ordered, the credit did not fly. We were there at 4:45 drove the truck while they evaluated my trade in a 2011 Ford F-350 King Ranch 4X4 crewcab daully. I liked the truck we were financed within a few minutes and took the truck home and brought it back on 1/1/2015 sent it through make ready but the story does not end there!! I wanted a retractable bed cover and i started pricing thm at nearly 2,000.00, i called up my sales guy he sent me to Anthony Hoekstra in parts and Anthony priced the same cover I was looking at, A Retrax Pro, Aluminum bed cover, Anthony and Tommie Vaughn Ford were at nearly 450.00 less than any of the after market stores. He will also be looking for a full grill guard for the truck but nobody has released one for the 2015 F-150. but when they do I will be going back to Anthony in parts at Tommie Vaughn and Mike Cooley in service to purcahse the grill guard and have it installed by the service department at Tommie Vaughn Ford!!
