Great Service
Tommie Vaughn Ford has performed all of the regular maintenance on my 2012 Ford Focus. Bobby Harrell, the Master Service Advisor, is always professional and courteous. I recently had to take my car in for an instrument cluster problem. The service department, from the Service Manager to the Service Technician, went out of their way to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. As I was leaving, we noticed a brake light that was out. Even though it was time to close, they stayed and replaced the bulb so I wouldn't leave the service lot without a brake light. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. I will continue to take my car to Tommie Vaughn Ford for service.

Tommy Vaughn Ford is Awesome!
Went in for oil change and inspection. As usual, all were professional, courteous and respectful and it only took about an hour. I also had my wiper blades replaced and upon completion noticed that the cover for the back blade was missing. When the part could not be found in the bay area the personnel there, quickly located a part and replaced.

Very Disappointed
With 23,000 miles on my like-new Ford Expedition, which is the 6th car we have purchased at Tommie Vaughn, I went to the service area for repair of leaking moon roof. I was told it was a maintenance issue, and that it was my fault for the leakage since I park the car outdoors and debris from the outdoors was the cause of the leak. They would not honor the warranty. They did replace a seat panel which had not been repaired correctly the first time. When I came to pick up my car, the receptionist had given the wrong name and number to the valet, and they could not find my "keys" for an hour. This is because the receptionist and female service manager were flustered by a good looking doctor they were flirting shamelessly with. After being a loyal customer for many years, I will no longer buy a Ford. From this dealer or any other. 23,000 miles on a vehicle with a leaking roof, and no repair. Unbelievable.
