AWESOME DEALER

Took car in fro a variety of things - power steering recall on Explorer, coolant flush, oil change/tire rotation, MyFordTouch/Sync update, and shift to park issue - linkage problem. Took several days to complete the work but was offered loaner car towards the end which helped considerably.

Always good service

Customer service is consistently excellent. Repairs and maintenance of highest quality. Best auto dealership I've ever dealt with in my 50 years of owning cars. They have the suburban dealerships beat by a mile!

Service Department Quick Lane

I had a battery that was getting weak. I drove straight there. Was waited on immediately. Ask them some questions about a few other minor concerns. I was treated with courtesy and respect. All questions were answered and my battery was replaced. It was prorated due to some time left on the warranty. I have always had great service from the desk to the service technicians at the Quick Lane center. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone! Just terrific!
