Suprised with price on price of parts for rear light lense. It will less than after market found on internet. I will now check first for the oem.

Outstanding Customer Service
The starter was going bad on my Mercury. I took it in and Paula assisted me with the problem. Car was repaired and I drove home. Unfortunately when I got in it the next day it did the same as before it was repaired. Had AAA tow it in for me and with Paula's (outstanding) help again the problem (ground wire was bad) was corrected immediately. You do not find this type of customer service hardly. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I will continue to use the service department / Quick Lube center. Also, Tina at the Cashier center is always cheerful and goes out of her way to be as helpful as possible.

Car Repair
Tommy Vaughn did a timely and great job on the repair of the failed driver side window in my Expedition... but I have to say I have not been happy with the issues I have had with the car... 07 model.. painted the hood due to corrosion 3 times.. rt. front brake caliper replaced twice... all badging on the car has washed off... A/C failed... car has 83,000 miles

Exceptional Experience
I went to another Houston Ford dealer and fled, since they were giving me such a run around! AND offered a very poor amount for my trade. Then went to Tommie Vaughn-could not believe the difference! Sam Powell is outstanding. He took a lot of time with me to select the vehicle I wanted, kept in touch via e-mail, and had the Escape i wanted the next day. What an easy AND pleasant experience. The staff know what they are doing and are so very polite. Lots of follow-up to inform me about my new vehicle and to make sure that I am pleased. This has got to be THE BEST dealer in Houston!!!

A friend recommended Tommie Vaughn Ford to me as he had bought numerous vehicles from them over the years. The experience I had was incredible as they listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and gave me the option on a few that met my criteria. Buying our new 2015 Ford Expedition at Tommie Vaughn Ford was a wonderful experience. Rich Demars and Michael Bean were so helpful, polite, and professional. We ordered our Expedition, and Rich and Michael made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Rick Camp handled the finance closing portion along with our credit union, and he was great to work with. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end, and we could not be happier. I also want to mention that we travelled almost 350 miles to Houston and Tommie Vaughn Ford because we bought a Expedition in 2000 and wanted to do business with them again.
