Dont buy from them.

Dont buy from them. Very dishonest, no communication. Good old bait and switch. All about the money. Lousy customer service , no communication with car repairs in service dept. , very dishonest and a so called service Manager that has no skills in dealing with customers. Buyers Beware!!!

The new management has really upgraded the facility and

The new management has really upgraded the facility and the looks. The salesman I talked with was very good and very helpful. And then came the finance person with double talk and questionable comments. I had one or two simple questions and all he wanted to do was throw me into another car. I don't think I'll be back

UNAPOLOGETICALLY DISHONEST.

UNAPOLOGETICALLY DISHONEST. I went there for a final test drive on the way to purchase a vehicle at another dealership. They persuaded me to stay and offered me a deal for $350 for a very nice BMW SUV after trying higher amounts multiple times. This seemed like a great deal and one of the managers shook my hand and said they'd get it done. Instead, they had me at the dealership for five hours - implying the paperwork would be coming at any time. I stated several times I could leave and come back because I had kids at home. No, the paperwork was coming ... so I didn't do my master's paper, thinking it would only be another minute. AT 10:15 AT NIGHT THEY CAME BACK WITH SAID PAPERWORK AND SAID SORRY, WE CAN ONLY DO $417. Almost everyone was gone, including the manager who shook my hand on whose word I canceled the other car I was going to buy. "Sorry ma'am, nothing we can do." (That's the finance guy after saying he'd be with me in five minutes and then finally coming to the desk 30 minutes later, at 10:15 p.m. Actually, he didn't say sorry and I'm not even sure he called me ma'am. Nothing you can do? What I can do is never do business with Nissan of xx. Augustine, and I suggest you skip it, too. And definitely don't believe them about a rate or a wait unless it's in writing in front of you already. The only bright spot was the sales rep, James, who was absolutely amazing - he sent my kids Chick-fil-A, let me borrow his jacket because it's freezing in there, and let me borrow his charger when my phone died after 5 hours) And for corporate reading this - as of tomorrow, we'll have bought two Maseratis in six months and be on the way to a BMW. If you consider what this will cost you in customer lifetime value alone, not to mention all the negative word of mouth you just earned, you might consider it not just an inconvenience for a customer whose time didn't matter but a very costly mistake.

Well me - Charles R and my fiancé Jessica c decided to take a Uber from Middleburg to Nissan of St Augustine on march 20,2024 for $58 and some change after Jessica said to me that she spoke to Andrea’s and he informed her that she was prequalified for a 2016 scion that he had inspected and gassed up and detailed and would be parked up front of the dealership waiting on her to pick it up and that he was glad that he was able to get her into the car that she was wanting and that he would even reimburse us for the Uber there and we would be driving the scion home and the best part everything was done online so all’s she had to do was just sign a few pieces of paper and we would be off in are new car well we get there and A salesman came over and said he was Andreas assistant and he would help us so ok until we’re waiting around for almost an hour and nothing and then the assistant says he wants both of are information to run a credit check while he is checking on the scion and that one of his assistants was picking up the scion from the car lot just right down the road then Jessica gets hot and is like I want to speak to Andrea’s well turns out Andreas isn’t even at the car lot and the scion car that was waiting on Jessica up front wasn’t there either supposedly they just sold it about an hour ago so Jessica calls the car lot where she has been speaking with him numerous times and the lady said in a studdering voice that Andreas had just stepped out and that they work together as a team and that she could help us so I’m thinking man another assistant so man if anyone out there needs a job Nissan of st Augustine is hiring for assistant position anyway I just ubered back home another $55 dollars later that’s a total of about $120 in uber and 5 hours of my wasted time and my pissed off fiancé without her beautiful scion car

They scam you into believing you won a prize and tell you

They scam you into believing you won a prize and tell you to come pick it up. When you go there they humiliate you by explaining how you fell for there SCAM and you actually won nothing. Then they have the audacity to try and sell you a car while you are there! What idiot is going to buy a car from someone who just scammed and humiliated them????? Dumbest marketing scheme I have ever heard of!

What a wonderful experience I had at Nissan St.

What a wonderful experience I had at Nissan St. Augustine and just have to share it. From the moment my grandson and I drove up, meeting and working with Walter Cooper, his knowledge and patience was exemplary along with Eric Cortez, and Will Barnes in the process of buying my new Murano. I love it and am so grateful for the way you all treated us and am sure you treat all your customers the same. How blessed we are to have your dealership in St. Augustine. Impeccable customer service.

Impeccable customer service. Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with a budget and they met my budget. I left there feeling like THEY were there to take care of ME and gave me THEIR undivided attention. James even helped me clean out my old car, load it into my NEW CAR AND he helped me set up my cellphone. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone I know to your dealership. PS: The car is AMAZING TOO🥰❤️

Caleb May was such a nice guy.

Caleb May was such a nice guy. A young man with an absolutely GREAT personality. He knew about the jeep we purchased, the reason I know was I let him explain all about it to me, because I have owned 4 other jeeps before I let him know. He was always smiles and friendly. Caleb gets 5 STARS from my wife and myself.
