No pressure

Every question I asked was answered professionally and with courtesy. The experience was pleasant and I was able to make good decisions with Charlie's assistance and patience. I left the dealership with a new truck and feeling great about the purchase. This is my third vehicle purchased at Covert in Ba strop since the mid 1990 and my confidence with the dealership and its staff has only increased.

Highly recommended

Perfect buying experience, bought my truck about 4mths ago and it was the smoothest experience, super friendly sales crew and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted. The service department was just as great, took my truck in for minor issue, friendly and professional service crew...Highly recommend these guys...

Highly recommended

As far as I am concerned, no other dealership will get my business. The sales staff, Rick Bowles exclusively, is the best in the business. Vicki in F&I does a fantastic job. I have not been to the service department or the dealership itself because of the 300 plus miles from home. All questions are answered promptly and courteously. I am more than satisfied. I have indeed recommended Covert to several folks looking to trade or buy a vehicle. The easy pickup and delivery anywhere in Texas is extremely beneficial.

great service and experience

I've been looking for a new Silverado for about 6 months. I used the Cars.com app to help out. I found a truck that I really wanted, but it was in the D/FW area. I really didn't want to drive 3+ to get the truck, so I contacted Covert. Talked to a sales rep by the name of Carrie. Best sales experience I've ever had. I showed her the price of the truck from the other dealer. Even though the other price was lower, she matched it. I couldn't have been more happy with Carrie and Covert. Will definitely do business with them again.

Worst Dealership Ever

From Chance Covert to the Finance Manager to the internet sales manager Rick Bowles who can do no wrong so many lies no call backs very unprofessional dealership.

Great Customer Service

I been to many dealerships. I have never been welcomed and treated like family. Everyone I have dealt with was awesome and I'm really appreciate everything that was done with the buying experience. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I will drive 12 hours to get here. I am a customer for life. Thank y'all for everything
