The WORST

The worst dealership I've ever been to. First of all they left me and my 2 children under 4 and husband walking around in the 90 degree+ weather without coming out to ask if we needed help. Then we went inside and had to literally as to speak to a salesman. They were all sitting at their desks. No one attempted to get up and help us until the secretary called them. Then the salesman would not get us a chair and made my husband stand up and said sorry this is the place his boss gave him. He did not care about a sale at all, he did not go out of his way at all, he felt like he was too good to even talk to us and had an attitude anytime I asked him a question. This is why the very next day we went to Oviedo Dodge in La Grange and bought a car from Joe M. He was awesome. I would never buy anything from this dealership or even recommend an enemy go there.

New Truck

I did everything over the phone. My time is very valuable to me, as most people. I knew what I wanted. A college gave me Chris Campion's name and said he would take care of me. He did exactly that. No hassle of going to the dealership and wasting a lot of time. Dropped the exact truck I was looking for at my door. How's that for a car buying experience.

No Hassel Purchase

We have bought vehicles from Covert in Bastrop for a number of years and always seem to return to this dealership based on available vehicles and custormer service. Harry doesn't have to work hard because we know what we want and he just gets us the best deal he can offer for his return customers. This visit Finance department was outstanding in support and helping complete our paperwork quickly. We appreciate Vickey's assistance and response to our mutiple questions. She has such a positive attitude and knowledge of what is necessary to wrap up our deal.

Highly disappointed

Found the vehicle I wanted online, went into test drive it and was greeted by a salesman. Long story short, the sales manager was a complete jerk to us. Refused to negotiate on anything. He low balled my trade in, which is expected, but my trade in is only 2 years old and he basically wanted me to give it to them for next to nothing. The Covert name used to stand for something but now it's gone downhill. Will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere.

Buy Covert Bastrop

We had the best experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. Harry Green needs a raise! Lol Tim Clark in finance did a wonderful job as well getting us a great interest rate. And getting to meet and talk with Chance Covert was fun!!! Such Great people at Covert Bastrop!!! I will be a customer for Life!!!!! If you are looking for a Phenomenal buying experience Go to Covert!!!!

Love My Dealer

The Covert experience was awesome! I was offered a great price with no haggling, the car was delivered to my door, everything was explained during the process (I ordered a vehicle), the features were walked through and all my questions were answered. Rick, my sales guy was friendly, responsive and cared. The finance manager explained all the numbers and the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. Perfect!! I have already recommended Covert to several of my friends.

Integrity - What happened to it?

"Nobody beats our prices. Not now. Not ever". That's what this dealer advertises. Well I found the same car, an Infiniti FX37 at another dealer that is identical both interior and exterior with 6000 miles and for $3000 less. In addition it has new tires plus the Touring Package. When I contacted this dealer I was told the best they could do is to knock $1000 off their price. And I got fluff talk of trying to tell me that the car at the other dealer was of less value. It's not. I have owned 2 Infiniti FX35s and just bought an Infiniti FX37. I am very familiar with the vehicle so when a salesperson gives me fluff talk I know it. My recommendation is that this dealer does not use the slogan - Nobody beats our prices. Not now. Not ever. Integrity seems to be character trait that no longer exists. If this dealer gives you a captivating sales pitch, before you trust, you might want to verify."

Great Experience

Great experience at Covert Chevrolet. John was fantastic to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend John to others and I will use him next time we buy a new vehicle. One of the best car buying experiences we have had.
