I just purchased my third car from Nyle Maxwell dealership. It it the most courteous, respectful place I have ever purchased a car. As a female I have sometimes been dismissed at car dealerships. Not here. Every person in the building is friendly and courteous. They offer snacks and soft drinks. Chris, my salesman, spent all afternoon finding me a car and taking care of all the details. Second time buying a new car from Nyle maxwell and have to say the process was smooth and easy. Normally I can’t say this is the case during most new car buying processes. Would buy another in the future when the time comes!

I have purchased 2 new cars from this dealership, was previously always happy-not anymore. I have a defect with the driver's side seatbelt-which will not allow me to fasten. Spoke with Service, they ordered the part, was told 4 days, then nothing. Called today, had no idea what I was talking about-meanwhile I cannot drive my car. This just seems to be the new norm with this dealership and I have no idea what to do. They just do not care.
