Cost me to get a quote
I had my truck serviced for a recall, I received a text from Nyle maxwell as if I would like to know what my truck was worth, I replied Sure. I received a reply back on what they valued my truck. it was not enough for me to worry about so i ignored the text. couple days later I received a phone call asking why I had not responded. I told him it was not worth my time. HE said that he could come up but needed to have my truck test driven. I said ok. we set up a time and I went. One of the people from the dealer wanted my key to go get some info from my truck. He moved it up to the building. came in looking for my payoff amounts and said that someone was going out to appraise my truck. He gathered more information from me and asked what I wanted for the truck. I told him that it was his company that called me and that I loved my truck explained all of extras that came with my truck, told him that he was going to have a hard time selling me for anything less than the equipment on my truck. they came back with the original offer, I said no thank you and please get my key so that I could head home. I got in the seat was moved up which is no problem since I have the seat programmed into memory. The issue is when I went to put my cell phone in the charger. My phone mount was hanging loose. I adjusted it into the correct position and left. On the way home my cell phone fell over, I attempted to verify that I had everything tight. That is when I noticed the munt was cracked. I attempted to call the dealership from the number that called me. I asked for Thom Eager and was told that he had left for that day. I told the you lady what I needed and she forwarded me to someone that indicated that I called the wrong dealership. Gave me the number to the supercenter said GM was over both. I left a message for GM. The same dealership that does not seem to like to check voice mail! let's see what happens. At the same time I am texting back the number that contacted me about buying my truck. They of course deny any wrong doing and said that only one person drove my truck. I called them out on the fact that I seen more than one person driving my truck.... No response!!!

A really nice showroom - clean, comfortable and super nice employees! Just needed an oil change but everyone was great! This will be our primary dealership/repair shop.

Blood hungry dealership
This is how you treat your 100% disabled war veterans. Bought a Tahoe for my wife from this dealership, paid for the extended warranty in cash. Had to sell this vehicle due to the fact my disabled wife with 4-12 inch metal rods and suffers from MS never got the chance to drive this vehicle, I took her in it once or twice. It just sat parked. We paid 2700.00 cash for a warranty that was never used except for faults on the vehicle at purchase. ( scheduling between my wife’s treatments many months out) They are giving us back 900.00. What a scam!!!!!!! Then we went into to see managers yesterday they guaranteed a fix today but no response til I called. Out with Covid and the GM won’t take my calls and out a lot of money. Mark in financed is condescending. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!! This is how you treat your disabled veterans. BEWARE F- F- F-

Outstanding Service Center
On this freezing cold Saturday I pulled into the Nyle Maxwell service center without an appointment because my AC blower went out on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. When I pulled in the gentleman that looked to be responsible for assisting customers stepped away so I was help by Mr. Moss. Mr. Moss actively listened to my issue and took the time to check my vehicles codes to see what the vehicle deemed the issue. After seeing the code he was honest with me about the possible turn around time for my vehicle to be serviced, which was Monday. Although I was understanding I was concerned because as a single mother without family in the area I couldn’t go with a vehicle. Mr. Moss assured me that they would do all that they could. At this moment I had no choice because although I didn’t need a/c my vehicle wouldn’t turn on the defrost either which was needed for the cold rainy weather and was a safety hazard for my children and I. As I waited anxiously, I received a text message from Mr. Moss via Nyle Maxwell which allowed me to ask all of questions that my dad requested I ask. Mr. Moss answered them via the messaging system and also took the time to walk up to me and give me a personal update. He told me that they had the part needed to service the vehicle and would be able to get me out today. I was ecstatic!!! As I waited, Mr. Moss notified me that my vehicle was ready and explained the checkout process. Many woman are very uneasy about visiting a vehicle service center in fear that they are going to be misled but Mr. Moss definitely didn’t do that. He was very honest and set clear expectations. He was compassionate and thorough with the questions. I really do appreciate him and the team that repaired my vehicle so quickly. So Mr. Moss, thank you from me and my family and my father wanted to send you a special thanks for helping his daughter when he was too far to.
